Sirenide Eau de Parfum.

Orkney, an archipelago located to the north of Scotland, plays host to the inspiration of this fragrance. According to ancient Orkney myth, shapeshifting creatures – Selkies – inhabit the bodies of seals and, coming out of the water, shed their skin to walk among the human population. Often in these stories the selkie’s skin is found and hidden by local men, and they are forced to marry their human captor.

In our rendering of this tale, however, the selkie takes the upper hand… horrified that he has tanned her precious skin, the selkie poisons her captor, reclaiming the leather and returning finally to the tumbling sea.

Sirenide Eau de Parfum therefore, is a suitably formidable fragrance: powerful and haunting, with triplicate aspects of ‘skins’ developing on your own. PVC melds with pinseal and an unnerving bitter almond note… water flowers blossom and die, returning to the water.

Evelyn ★★★★★

There's something about that opening spray that feels like stepping onto a windswept Orkney shore—briny and mysterious, but not overpowering. I've worn it for a week straight and catch myself sniffing my wrist during meetings, it's that good.

The first spray hit me like cold North Sea air—sharp, briny, and utterly transportive. It’s been three days and the sillage still lingers on my scarf, which makes me feel like I’ve got a secret piece of Orkney myth tucked into my collar.

Elizabeth ★★★★★

I’ve been wearing this for a week and the selkie myth angle actually fits—it’s got this wild, windswept character that changes on my skin through the day. The dry-down is where it really shines, soft and almost mineral, like standing on a cold Orkney beach after the tide goes out.
