Fathom V 蠟燭

The cumin and black pepper give it this warm, almost smoky edge that I wasn't expecting from a candle called "Fathom"—it's far more interesting than just another fresh aquatic scent. The brushed steel vessel is heavy and sturdy, and I've already got it cleaned out on my desk holding pens.

The salt and moss notes come through exactly as described, grounding the green leaves without getting soapy. Burned it for a week and the steel vessel still looks brand new, so I’m planning to use it as a pencil holder once it’s empty.

I was skeptical about cumin and black pepper in a candle, but the heart notes blend beautifully with the earthy green top. The brushed steel vessel feels substantial and I’m already planning to repurpose it as a pen holder once the wax runs out.
